Ingredients
- Lemon Frosting:
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 1 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 melted Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture stirring until well blended.
Spread half of dough on ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Carefully spread blueberry pie filling over dough. Drop remaining dough using a teaspoon over pie filling. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
While warm, spread with lemon frosting;
